The Perry County Board for Developmentally Disabled (PCBDD) is a government entity that takes great pride in working to properly administer county funds to aid those with developmental disabilities while assisting organizations that also serve those with developmental disabilities.

PCBDD recognized that often disabled individuals and their families need help.  Working closely with the Missouri Division of Developmental Disabilities, PCBDD purchased and remodeled a facility to administer Targeted Case Management services. In hope of serving a broad area, County Disability Resources (CDR) was created and now provides case management services in Perry, New Madrid, and Pemiscot Counties in Missouri.  CDR not only provides Targeted Case Management services, 


CDR provides Targeted Case Management (TCM) for developmentally disabled individuals residing in Perry, New Madrid, Pemiscot and Madison Counties.  TCM is more commonly known as Service Coordination. Continue Reading...
